| As the Institute identified the importance of Logistics Management,
the Practitioners and researchers alike has grown considerably, particularly, in the last decade of twentieth
century. India, being the second largest growing economy, Indian Institute of Logistics has taken the
responsibility to create awareness among the society and thus equip the students with adequate skills and knowledge
in General Management functional areas and in the Shipping and Logistics business sectors. The
